Creating a daily self-care routine opens our ‘channels’ to more Loving Light, Peace & Joy!
Find Your unique tools for thriving and loving yourself gently back to Oneness. Remembering and becoming more aware of who you truly are. Listen to your Body Temple. What do you need daily to be in balance, peace & harmony.
These are some of my suggestions, flow with what resonates with you – infinite possibilities!
Water is an excellent conductor of energy. Two-thirds of the human body (70%) is made up of water. All of the electrical and chemical actions of the brain and central nervous system are dependent on the conductivity of electrical currents between the brain and the sensory organs, facilitated by water. Like rain falling on the ground, water is best absorbed by the body when provided in frequent small amounts and room temperature. HIDDEN MESSAGES OF WATER – Dr. Masuru Emoto –“water molecules are both positively and negatively affected by our thoughts, words, and feelings as well as by influences such as music and pictures. Make it a habit to use positive thoughts and feelings to enhance the water in our body – leading to improved well-being.” Sacred Water is a Loving Prayer for us.
Light flowing within and all around us into the Light Field. Connection to our consciousness and Oneness, with each Holy Breath we take. Belly or diaphragmatic breathing, not the upper chest. With our In-Breath Grounding to Mother Earth’s Heart ore, Centering the breath on the Heart and filling ourselves with Light up through our Crown, connecting to Spirit. Exhaling out and all around our colorful magnetic field connecting back to Mother Earth. Bringing you into the “now” – present moment – not reacting from past or worrying about the future. Relaxation of the Central Nervous System, and heightened Light energy levels in our whole energetic body. Breathing deeply oxygenates all of our deep tissues, 50 -100 trillion cells in our body and the 50+ million new cells each day that We can Reprogram! Doing our Sacred Heart Connection Breathing throughout the day is so important too – stop, deep breathe minimum 3 times to reconnect to our heart center – reminding ourselves and our body temple that we are Safe to Be in this moment.
Be Still and Listen! Following your Heart wisdom! Start with one change in your daily schedule – eg. Just getting up 15 minutes earlier for your quiet self-time. Have some water, some spinal/body/QiGong movement and do 3 minutes of Heart Brain Coherence morning and before going to sleep at night. Add other loving tools as you are led to. Soon becomes your precious time with your Inner Presence and Spirit. Remembering how to Trust Your Inner Voice and Who You Truly Are …. Connected to All Life … Oneness.
Connecting with Mother Earth daily – bare feet, hands if possible – loving gratitude! Walks in Nature, sunrise, sunset, spending time with the stars, playing, dancing, singing, hugging a tree, safe sunshine, daily walks with a pet, enjoying all the gifts that are so freely given to us & connecting Heart to Heart with All That Is around us every day.
Keeping our Life Force Energy System alive, fueled up, and raring to go! This is important for all aspects of OUR ENERGETIC SELVES – physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Following our Inner Wisdom, staying active, and finding what is best for us.
All sound is vibration within us, around us and out to the Cosmos! Music, singing, laughter, dancing, expressing our joy at Being Alive Right Here Right Now, bliss, drumming, humming, all of it! The Universal Connection Sound of OM (AUM) - sound it out often throughout the day in Reverence, Gratitude, and Loving Light, Peace and Joy!
Healthy sleep habits are such a loving gift to our Body Temples. We need quality sleep prior to midnight (11 pm is even better), especially for our important melatonin hormone production and our body’s healing/detoxing/ balancing throughout the night. Limiting electronics and light in our bedroom while sleeping. Relaxing and centering before sleep with our Heart Coherence Breathing for a few minutes sends the message to our body that it is safe and the time to Relax, Let Go, Repair & Rejuvenate!
Listening to our Inner Wisdom as to what our unique body’s needs are - it will tell us! And if we are willing to learn how to hear & feel it – love it unconditionally – our body will respond lovingly too.
